Placing an Order

  1. Provide us with some basic information about your family's food needs. You can do this by calling us at 508-363-2848. Once we have the necessary information, one of our reps will contact you to shedule an appointment. We will come to your home days, nights, and weekends, by appointment only.
  2. Our representative, with your approval, will explain our service, answer all of your questions, and help you select a menu that matches your family's needs. For example, if your family normally eats chicken twice a week, we will develop a selection to accomodate that preference.
  3. Once we have completed selecting a menu, our representative will quote you a price for the service.
  4. It's that simple.

  2. Our trained delivery staff will carry everything in and will pack your freezer for you, arranging everything for easy selection.
  3. We will review your order to verify that you have received everything, and will answer any questions you may have.

Guarantee and Frozen Food Insurance

All of our products are provided with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any item, let us know, and we will replace it. More importantly, your frozen food is insured. Should you experience a power failure, and your frozen food spoils, it is covered by our insurance, and it will be replaced. Of course, you must meet and follow the requirements of our insurance.

What happens if we lose power?

If you experience a power failure, try not to open your freezer. The more often you open it, the more your food will warm up. If it appears that the power will be out for an extended period of time, you must call us and notify us of the problem. We will ask you some questions, such as "How full is your freezer?" (The more full your freezer, the longer everything will last, provided the door remains closed.) "How many times have you opened it since the power has gone out?" "How long does the electric company anticipate your power will be out?"

If it appears that there is danger of your food thawing, we will arrange to send one of our freezer trucks to your home. We will transfer everything from your freezer to our truck, and then to the industrial freezers at our warehouse. Once your power has been restored, we will arrange a time at which we will return the food to your home and pack it back into your freezer for you.

If, we are not able to get to your home to transfer your food to our freezer, our insurance will cover your loss, provided that you notified us promptly and that you had taken reasonable precautions for preserving the temperature of your freezer.
